第1条 本規約について
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、djcouz.com（以下「本サイト」）および本サイト上で提供される会員制コンテンツサービス「MixFlix」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスへの会員登録または本サービスの利用をもって、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条 サービス内容
本サービスでは、DJ CouzによるDJミックス、音楽関連コンテンツ、映像コンテンツ、その他関連コンテンツを、会員向けにストリーミング形式等で提供します。
提供されるコンテンツの種類、内容、数量、公開期間および利用可能な機能は、予告なく追加、変更または終了される場合があります。
第3条 会員登録
本サービスの一部または全部を利用するためには、会員登録が必要です。
利用者は、登録時に正確かつ最新の情報を提供するものとします。
登録されたアカウントは登録者本人のみが使用できるものとし、第三者への譲渡、貸与、販売または共有を禁止します。
利用者は、自身のログイン情報およびパスワードを適切に管理する責任を負います。
第4条 会員プランおよび無料期間
本サービスでは、以下の有料会員プランを提供します。
・月額会員：月額 ¥630
・年額会員：年額 ¥6,000
新規会員には、対象となるプランについて初回30日間の無料期間が提供されます。
無料期間中にキャンセルされない場合、無料期間終了後に選択した会員プランの料金が自動的に請求され、有料会員としての契約が開始されます。
料金、無料期間およびプラン内容は、将来変更される場合があります。
変更が既存会員に影響する場合は、合理的な方法により事前に通知するよう努めます。
第5条 支払いおよび自動更新
有料会員プランは、利用者がキャンセルしない限り、選択した請求期間（月次または年次）ごとに自動更新されます。
利用者は、会員登録時に選択した支払い方法を使用して、各更新時に適用される会員料金が自動的に請求されることに同意するものとします。
税金、決済処理その他の理由により、実際の請求額が表示価格と異なる場合があります。
第6条 キャンセル
利用者は、My Account（マイアカウント）からいつでも有料会員プランをキャンセルできます。
キャンセル後は、次回以降の自動更新および請求が停止されます。
原則として、キャンセル後も現在の支払済み期間が終了するまでは会員向けサービスを利用できます。
無料期間中にキャンセルした場合は、有料期間開始時の請求は行われません。

第7条 返金
法律上必要とされる場合または本サイトが別途明示する場合を除き、すでに支払われた会員料金は原則として返金されません。
会員期間の途中でキャンセルした場合も、未使用期間の日割りまたは月割りによる返金は原則として行いません。
第8条 コンテンツの利用
本サービスで提供されるコンテンツは、利用者本人による私的な視聴・聴取を目的として提供されます。
本サイトまたは権利者から事前に許可を得た場合を除き、コンテンツの全部または一部について、以下の行為を禁止します。
・複製、録音、録画またはダウンロード
・再配布、転載、販売または公衆送信
・商業目的での利用
・コンテンツへのアクセス制限または技術的保護手段の回避
・その他、本サイトまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
本サービスへの加入によって、コンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権が利用者に譲渡されるものではありません。
第9条 外部サービス
本サービスでは、コンテンツの配信、動画・音声の再生、決済その他の機能を提供するため、第三者が提供するサービスを利用する場合があります。
これらの外部サービスの障害、仕様変更、サービス終了その他本サイトの合理的な管理を超える事由により、本サービスの一部が一時的または恒久的に利用できなくなる場合があります。
第10条 禁止事項
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
・アカウントを第三者と共有する行為
・不正アクセスまたは不正利用
・本サイトまたは本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
・セキュリティ機能またはアクセス制限を回避する行為
・法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
・本サービスを不正または違法な目的で利用する行為
第11条 アカウントの停止または終了
利用者が本規約に違反した場合、不正利用が確認された場合、支払いに問題が生じた場合、その他本サービスの運営上必要と合理的に判断される場合、本サイトはアカウントまたは本サービスへのアクセスを制限、停止または終了することがあります。
第12条 サービスの変更・停止
本サイトは、必要に応じて、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、一時停止または終了することがあります。
保守、技術的問題、外部サービスの障害その他やむを得ない事情により、本サービスが一時的に利用できなくなる場合があります。
第13条 免責および責任の制限
本サイトは、本サービスが常に中断なく、エラーなく、またはすべての端末・ブラウザ・通信環境において利用できることを保証するものではありません。
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因する間接的、付随的または結果的損害について、本サイトは責任を負わないものとします。
ただし、本条は適用法令により制限または禁止される利用者の権利を排除するものではありません。

第15条 本規約の変更
本サイトは、法令、サービス内容または運営上の必要性に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。

変更後も本サービスを継続して利用した場合、適用法令で別途同意が必要な場合を除き、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of djcouz.com (the “Site”) and the MixFlix membership content service offered through the Site (the “Service”).
By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
The Service provides members with access to DJ mixes, music-related content, video content, and other materials featuring or curated by DJ Couz, primarily through streaming.
The type, availability, quantity, features, and duration of content offered through the Service may be added, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Membership Accounts
Certain portions of the Service require a membership account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, loaned, or shared with another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and password.
4. Membership Plans and Free Trial
The Service currently offers the following paid membership plans:
– Monthly Membership: ¥630 per month
– Annual Membership: ¥6,000 per year
Eligible new members receive an initial 30-day free trial.
Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your selected payment method will automatically be charged for the membership plan you selected, and your paid membership will begin.
Membership prices, trial periods, and plan features may change in the future. When a change materially affects existing members, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
5. Payment and Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual billing interval unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment service providers to automatically charge the applicable membership fee to your selected payment method at each renewal.
The final amount charged may vary where required due to applicable taxes, payment processing, or other legally required charges.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid membership at any time through My Account.
After cancellation, future automatic renewals and charges will stop.
Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using the membership Service through the end of your current paid billing period.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged for the subsequent paid membership period.

7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us, membership payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel during a paid billing period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused portion of that billing period.
8. Use of Content
Content available through the Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing and listening only.
Unless you have received prior permission from the Site or the applicable rights holder, you may not:
– copy, record, capture, or download content;
– redistribute, republish, sell, or publicly transmit content;
– use content for commercial purposes;
– circumvent access restrictions or technological protection measures; or
– otherwise use the content in a manner that infringes the rights of the Site or any third party.
Membership in the Service does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the content to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may use third-party providers for streaming, audio or video playback, payment processing, and other functionality.
Some portions of the Service may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to outages, service changes, discontinuation, or other circumstances involving third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

The Service may also become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or operating environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary due to changes in applicable law, the Service, or our business operations.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Site or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
