1. 無料期間

MixFlixでは、対象となる新規会員に初回30日間の無料期間を提供します。
無料期間中にキャンセルした場合、有料会員料金は請求されません。

2. 無料期間終了後の請求

無料期間中にキャンセルされない場合、無料期間終了後に選択した会員プランの料金が登録された支払い方法に自動的に請求されます。

・月額会員：¥630 / 月
・年額会員：¥6,000 / 年

有料会員プランは、キャンセルされない限り、選択した請求期間ごとに自動更新されます。

3. キャンセル方法

有料会員プランは、My Account（マイアカウント）からいつでもキャンセルできます。
キャンセルが完了すると、次回以降の自動更新および請求は停止されます。

4. キャンセル後の利用

有料期間中にキャンセルした場合、原則として現在の支払済み期間が終了するまで会員向けサービスを引き続き利用できます。
キャンセルによって、すでに支払済みの会員期間が直ちに終了するものではありません。

5. 返金について

法律上必要とされる場合または当サイトが別途明示する場合を除き、すでに支払われた会員料金は原則として返金されません。
会員期間の途中でキャンセルした場合も、未使用期間の日割りまたは月割りによる返金・クレジットは原則として行いません。

1. Free Trial

MixFlix provides eligible new members with an initial 30-day free trial.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged a paid membership fee.

2. Charges After the Free Trial

Unless you cancel during the free trial, your selected payment method will automatically be charged for the membership plan you selected when the free trial ends.

– Monthly Membership: ¥630 / month
– Annual Membership: ¥6,000 / year

Paid memberships automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your paid membership at any time through My Account.
Once your cancellation is completed, future automatic renewals and charges will stop.

4. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel during a paid billing period, you may generally continue using the membership Service through the end of your current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not ordinarily terminate an already-paid membership period immediately.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us, membership payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel during a paid billing period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused portion of that billing period.
